Carlos Villalon

Originally from Santiago de Chile, Carlos Villalon is a photojournalist currently based in Colombia.

In the early 90's he studied photography in New York City at The New School for Social Research and went on to learn his trade photographing stories in Haiti, Mexico, South Africa, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kashmir, and Ingushetya.

During this time worked on stories for many publications including, The New York Times, The Times (UK) Newsweek Magazine and The Chicago Tribune.
